put then in the eq sneakers to help with mud..
then the drought came and no more mud to test.. 
will wait till next year
dont use then in std steel shoes
the new city head 5  mustad duratrck nail is perfect. sticks up about
the level of a wisp of borium. really sets into the st croix eventor
shoe well.
less of a point contact they slide just a little more  but still grip
some on the hard roads and packed dry -hard- dirt roads
