Another place that you can get them is at some of the Military Surplus 
stores......and usually are cheaper than at the party type stores.  They 
are a very useful device to have along with the glow stick (or Chem 
Lights as they are called in the Military).  I have also used them 
wrapped around my legs as side lights at night when riding along a road.
