Larry,

Your insurance agent that writes the liability policy should be able to put
a rider on the policy to cover the volunteers, if not a rider they should
be able to write the coverage and package it for you.  This is where I
would start, in many cases you get a better premium whan it is all written
together.  I am an insurance agent and never have come accoss this, I will
check with my company's tomorrow and see what I can find out and let you
know.  I am not from California, but I should be able to find out where you
can get the coverage.
