Depends on the ride.  Some rides charge x-tra to enter at the ride.  Some
don't care.  Some ride secretaries [me included] hate to have my neat and tidy
ride lists messed up at the last minute.  Also, it is hard to have enought
vets, enough awards, enough food, enough helpers, etc. etc. when you get 20-30
entries on the day of the ride.  But like I say, it just depends on the ride.
Be sure to ask about a late fee though.  Sometimes it is as high as
