So what's the big suprise?  How many turned out to vote in the last
Presidential election?  In the "98 election?  Some people are too lazy, don't
care or whatever to even fill out something they can mail much less go out to
the polls.  I mean the only other thing would be to go door to door.  No, we
will pay the price on both the national and AERC level for the "it's not my
problem, crowd."  Lovell PS. It breaks my heart on both counts.
