4-H events

Hi everyone . . .
I am a member of the 4-H Horse Advisory Council in Massachusetts and have been
involved in 4-H for over 10 years. 4-H sponsors many events that non-4-H
members can participate in but if there is a class in a show designated as a
4-H class (such as 4-H Pleasure, 4-H Equitation, etc.) then you must be a
card-carrying 4-H member to be in that class. Other classes are open to all. 

4-H events such as Horse Bowl, Hippology, Horse Judging, etc. are only open to
4-H members. Our 4-H club sponsors a yearly 20-mile pleasure trail ride that
is open to everyone, in fact it is advertised through a non-4-H club. Hope
