This concept truly does place a burden on the ride manager, since many of us
do not add on the sanctioning fee cost. I know of only one ride that adds on
the sanctioning fee as well as the drug testing fee. Most of us ride managers
have paid the sanctioning fee out of the ride entry fee, even though some of
us have not raised the entry fee in many years. Raising the sanctioning fee
will elevate the cost to everyone, members and non-members alike. Isn't this
one of the complaints going around the forum at the present?
