Bev,  I agree with you 100 percent.      I firmly believe that people who
take advantage of the EXISTENCE of a group, club,  or organization, and
use its  services in  ANY  way whatsoever,  should either pay  dues to
that entity or else  expect to pay a nominal non-member fee for the
privilege of participating.    And yes,  $10. IS nominal compared to the
thousands we pay annually  for owning, keeping and/or maintaining our
beloved horses.   Just my .02 worth;  Connie B  (CA)
