Sweat Spot?

     I hope somebody can help me out on this one.  My Gelding gets a wet 
     spot on the right side of his chest about the size of a thumb print 
     whenever I work him.  It's not from the breastcollar because he did it 
     when I lunged him. I can't figure out what causes it.
