I mail-ordered a pair of the Mountain Horse boots (before I got my Miller's
at a local tack shop). Since I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe, I ordered them in
size 10. That's the largest size I've seen available, and they were too
small for me with any kind of socks. Glad they work for you.

I've been thinking that I'll probably get a pair of Ariat Extremes when
it's time for a new pair of insulated boots -- for the very reason you
cite. It's something of a shock when I go from my supportive but
uninsulated Ariat Performer Pro's to the warm Miller's that have virtually
no ankle support.
