Johna,

After some years of being around the scene, I've concluded it's normal
to have saddle fitting problems with distance horses.

After some years in an OF endurance cutback, then a Sports Saddle, I'm
now riding in an all-purpose *because that's what fits this horse*. =

It's been restuffed twice since its purchase used in April, to
accomodate the changes in my horse's physique. My horse doesn't need a
breast collar with this setup.

I think anything that helps you ride the most correctly while fitting
the horse properly is the way to go, and that it's a great thing when
you find a saddle that meets that test. =D1ext, consider what's the best=

pad for distance with that saddle?
