[RC] Posture & Pickups & Balls & Horses - Naomi Preston

Yes, that would be the best position for a person sitting on a ball.  But a ball does not have a suspension system like a horse, with a front and a hind end, and a back inbetween.  I've sat on a ball in the gym, and yes, the best place to sit is on your pockets.  But that's so the ball does not move.  We want the horse to be able to move freely.
 
Maybe Lynn could comment on the engineering and movement differences of a ball vs. a horse.
