I would like to make some treats for my horses this holiday season, and for my friends' horses. I have several treat recipes for soft treats, but would like a treat recipe that bakes up hard enough to hold up my saddle bags. (without having to burn the treat. :-)) Anyone have a recipe for a cookie or muffin hard enough not to completely disintegrate while trotting?
