[RC] gift ideas for horse crazy 11 yr old - Cindy Stafford
Hey campers - any suggestions for a christmas gift for a horse crazy 11 yr old niece? She doesn't get to ride often, only in summer lessons, but consumes everything horse related she can (she does not have her own horse). She has a helmet and boots and riding pants. I"m thinking a 'must read' book or magazine subscription - any suggestions? Would YOung Rider be appropriate or is it too technical for someone that would prefer stories instead of technical articles?
Any must read books? She's read the classics - black stallion, black beauty, the chincoteague pony series and flicka series....any others?
