[RC] Humble opinions on multi-day rides requested - k s swigart

....what multi day ride have you enjoyed the most?

Without doubt the best multi-day ride that I have ever done is the Outlaw
Trail.? The only other one that even came close was Rocky Mountain (but I
didn't manage to do all five days of that one so I cannot say for sure).

Unfortunately, both of these are no longer existant...but, knowing what I know
about multi-days and what I really liked about both of those, if _I_ lived in
the Central Region and were picking a multi-day, I would choose the Shore to
Shore.

I have never done it, but it is a point to point (like the two I mentioned
above), and I have heard nothing but good things about it.? I don't think that
there are any other 5-day point to point multiday rides left in the country.

In my experience, if you do 5 days all out of the same camp, even if you aren't
on the same trail the WHOLE time, it all starts to look the same because there
really isn't all that much variety if you have to stay within 25 miles of camp.
