[RC] AERC increase - Michael Maul

increase, and $2 rider fee (per ride) increase, as well as $2 drug testing fees increase.)

My personal take on all the increases above is that a part of this might happen but not all.

If all of the above were passed - the amount raised would be much more than the deficit.

I don't support passing more than part of what you quote above.

I would think that the economy will have improved by 2011 and that would mean passing just a part of the proposals above would be sufficient to balance the budget and still give us a surplus in the following years.
