RE: [RC] FW: Tevis question & Merri - SHEILA A WALSH

hI sUSAN,
I wore a Camelpax water system on my back for the training workshop on Tevis and it really did encourage me to keep drinking.  It was not uncomfortable until the second day, when I put a 12 oz can of nectar on the bottom zip and that pulled the pack to the side, while we trotted and that rubbed at my neck.  But for only water and small things like a neck cooler, it was comfortable.

I see that Merri has completed 50 miles. I bet she is having the time of her life thanks to the encouragement of the folks on this list.

Question. Are some of the rider’s wearing Camelbak type water systems on their backs?

Susan
