Coral Clark was one of the great horse woman. She lived
in Alberta , rode and drove into her late years. Crystal Fulcher got
started in endurance under the watchful eye and mentoring of Coral. She named
her daughter after Coral.
Crystal made a promise to Coral that she would ride the
Tevis one day for Coral. It has been a few years since Coral passed and this
year Crystal is keeping that promise. Crystal and Josie her little grey mare are
on their way to Tevis from Alberta. Her good friends Jay and Vicki are going to
crew.
So if you are riding the trail and meet Crystal and by
chance feel a warm fanning breeze it is the wings of an angel because Coral will
be right there with them every mile of the trail.
