Re: [RC] saddle bags - Diane Trefethen

Through MaryBen's post of 17:02pst, 12-Jan, we have the following items suggested for one's saddle bags:

mini first aid kit (includes band aids and chapstick)
bandanna
vet wrap
old dish towel
super glue
zip ties
swiss army knife
hoof pick
collapsible water dish
snacks
water
compass
lighter/matches
little emergency blanket
iodine tablets
Emergen-C
duct tape
extra lead rope
dog collars
knife/fence tool
gu (goo?) or dried fruit and granola
twine and/or latigo
horse treats
cell phone
gps
bootlaces
glucose tablets
Ibuprofen or Tylenol
clips
chicago screws
Tiger Milk bars
30' parachute cord
binoculars
1" ring
Leatherman
DEET
shower cap
Neosporin
goggles
toilet paper
moleskin
spare AA batteries
digital camera
money
credit cards
multitool (is that a Leatherman?)
Clif bar
Salt Sticks
ID, like a driver's license
Dog tags (on the tack)
hard candy
Werthers

(I didn't include Jeanie's ice cream suggestion because I figured she wasn't serious about letting perfectly good ice cream melt on the trail.)

So Angie --- do you think you could do a cartoon of all this stuff in HUGE saddle bags, draped practically to the ground causing the horse's back to sway at least a foot below normal? Maybe entitled something like, "An Endurance horse's first test"?
