Wow, you are great.  I would just collect $50 check from everyone and if you have people to help, check out their campsite before giving them the check back.  Of course then you have the people who figure it is worth it to not have to clean up.  So far, we have been lucky and there has not been that much cleanup to do the next day...............mb
