[RC] How to find out your horses/your AERC number if you forget - Correctedphone number - Michael Maul

In the earlier post - I managed to get two of the numbers in the office number transposed.

The correct office number at the end of this post is

866-271-AERC or 866-271-2372

When translating from AERC to the number - I transpose the 3 and the 7 about half the time.

You can always get the correct number from the web site.

Mike

********************

I get a number of requests every month for a member's number or
their horse's number because they have forgotten what it is.

The easy way to look up your own number or your horse's number is
to use the online ride manager's look-up at

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/lookup/lookup.asp

Enter just *one* word in either of the fields - such as last name
or a part of the horse's name. Entering more than one word
doesn't work because of the way we search the database.

Look in the lower left frame and click on the item you are looking
for.

Clicking on your name will bring up a list of the horses owned by
you and ridden by you. It will also show your weight division and
whether your dues are current. When a horse is sold/transfered to
a non-AERC member, the "ownership" has to stay with a member for
our database to keep track of it.

Clicking on the horse's name will bring up breed, sex, color, and
nickname along with the members who have ridden this horse.

If the information isn't correct, use your member's page login to
correct the information at

http://www.doublejoy.com/aerc/mbr/

or you can call the office at 866-271-2732

Mike
