[RC] Define "Corral" - k s swigart

Lynn said about corral surfaces:

Imagine your horse trotting or cantering on it and
?you landing on it!

I think, before anybody can recommend a good corral surface, we need to know
how the original poster is defining "corral."

For me, a corral is a place for a horse to be rounded up into confined
quarters...so what the surface is like for me to land on is almost totally
irrelevant.? How much trotting or cantering on its surface an unmounted horse
might do is a function of just how confining it is.

Are other people using/understanding "corral surface" to mean "riding arena
footing?"

Just curious.
