[RC] Policies and Procedures - Michael Maul

Bob Morris is absolutely right when he says "Looks like that AERC Policy has gone the way of many other established
policies that are not recorded in a set form."

We keep re-inventing the wheel in a lot of places because we don't have a good reference for the policies set by previous BoD decisions.

We tend to look at what we want to do now and find ways to do it independent of the history.

Jan Stevens is working on coming up with a useful list of what we believe should be current policies. This is about the third attempt to do this in the past few years.

I'll let Jan comment on what she is trying to do and plans to accomplish.

Now after posting responses all day to Ridecamp - I'm going to go ride my horse at the new Shanghai Trails ride in the rain Saturday. No more posts for a while.

Mike
