Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Hunters bump or conformation? Vets please help - Marirose Six

Sometimes, "too much horse" for the current owner means going faster than a walk. My husband bought one of those this summer. A big 'ol (short) draft cross. I think a wooden rocking horse may have been too much for the previous owner if this horse was. :o)

Thinking that persistent discomfort from an old injury might be what's making this animal "too much horse" for the current owner to handle? I would be. Starting out by trying to deal with a chronic pain issue doesn't seem like the fast track to betting him into condition for endurance.
