RE: [RC] AERC Release Form - no opinions at all? - Rae Callaway
No one has any opinions on this
at all? This, apparently, is a new requirement of membership and it’s a
liability, publicity and veterinary release. I’m assuming this has been added
due to the rider suing a vet last year. My question is since Members have to
sign this as a requirement of membership, do the Day members have to sign it
too?

This year, with my membership cards, I got an AERC Release form. I’ve not seen this
before. A question for Ride Manager’s, do the Day Members need to sign
this as well before they ride?
