If you look beyond your part, there is more about Dave's accident...that was the part I was talking about.  I wasn't talking about yours.

Nope, that was my incident and don't believe everything you read! 
That's Mark's interpretation, but remember, there are always two sides 
to the story.  He neglects to say that he swore at me on the phone and 
cancelled my membership in spite of the fact that there is no provision 
for doing that in the Service Contract.
