Thank you Steph & John for allowing us to advertise this
week.
I have a very handsome registered TWH gelding for
sale. He was foaled in June 2007 (now 18 mos old). His registered
name is "A Chance for Perfection". Chance has wonderful
confirmation, including a lovely wide chest and straight
legs. When he travels he is wide in the rear legs, so no clipping and
interfering. My farrier commented on how hard his hooves are.
Currently I have him in training for 60 days (for ground manners and long line
training only). I am asking $1,000. (the stud fee was
$500., gelding was $450, and the training is $600. per month) so
I'm not making ANY profit, but I need to get down to two
horses.
My health/physical ability has deteriorated to the point
that I cannot train Chance at all. Basically all I can do is feed, clean
and turn them loose for exercise. I'm hoping to keep my 2 mares for a
while longer, but eventually I'm afraid they will have to be sold.
Chance's two 1/2 sisters (both from the same Dam as Chance) did well
in the TWH National Plantation Walking Horse Assoc. Futurities with great
confirmation & beauty. My 2004 TWH filly, Star, won in
Halter and under Saddle. In October this year, my 2006 TWH
filly, Anny, was named Futurity Grand Champion in
Halter.
I would love for Chance to go to someone who will
give him a good home and ride him in endurance when he is old enough.
And he should do well in the show ring if one wanted to do that. (BTW
I'm all done breeding.) Please email me if interested, and I can email
pics.
