[RC] Re:Another English Saddle Question - Judy Houle

Angie, you might want to take a look at the Hitack site as their saddles are mostly English type saddles.  They are about $500 more than the Solstice but worth it, they're very well made and well designed.  The Sawtooth is my favorite and is very secure.  The Mohave is also a good model.  Two of the last 3 WEC's were won on the Mohave.  Its the biggest selling endurance saddle in Europe.  I demo'ed the aforementioned saddles and decided to become a rep.  I've been riding endurance on assorted saddles over the years including a dressage saddle, a Sharon Saare and a Sport Saddle, and am really sold on the Gaston Mercier saddles. I find my horses move out better in them too. Feel free to write me with any questions.  If you decide to contact Hitack, tell them I sent you.
