This is off topic I know, however it does pertain to horses in that
I am looking to purchase horse property in San Diego
County......somewhere near (within 40 miles) of Santee. I would like
a place with two homes and 6 Bedrooms total, (could be mobile/mfg.if
clean and not over 10 years old) one for my grandchildren, and one for
me. I currently own three horses & 4 dogs. I remember someone
mentioning Elfin Forest a while back, but I don't know exactly
where that is. I need stay under $400,000. I know this is
probably impossible, but with all the foreclosures.......just maybe??? I
have contacted a realtor in San Diego county but thought I'd try you guys on
ridecamp as well....you are all such a great wealth of combined knowledge.
I currently live near Lake Elsinore, CA.
