[RC] forecast for Armadillo endurance ride (10/25) - Milinda Ellis
For those of you considering the Armadillo ride -- here's the weekend forecast (according to the National Weather Service)
Friday: High of 76*, light westerly winds
Friday night: Clear, low of 42*F with light winds (and yes, it will FEEL cold!!!)
Saturday: Clear, high near 77*F
Saturday night: partly cloudy, low around 48* with light winds
Sunday: Sunny with high around 83*F
Cool front moved through yesterday just before dark. Wind got up and had light showers on and off all night but barely settled the dust. Everyone was "pulling cover" this morning!
So, you cannot use the weather as an excuse to avoid this ride. It's going to be an absolutely BEAUTIFUL weekend!!!
