I don't see any way to post an entry to RideCamp right now, so I'm passing
this along to you. This is from a posting on the ECTRA newslist from ride
manager Roxanne Winslow:

NEATO 50-Region 16 Championship Ride

I have been watching the weather reports this morning and it looks much
worse than last night. Kyle is now a minimal hurricane and the possible
tracking cone spands into RI for Saturday. For safety reasons I am
cancelling the ride. I am so sorry to have to do this so late. I am
hoping to be able to contact everyone, but if you know someone that was
planning to endure this awful weather, please forward this meassage in
case I was not able to reach them. Unfortunately I have a few people
that only left work phone#s for me to reach them.
