Everyone's welcome to attend the Desert Classic in Las Cruces, New  
Mexico on September 6-7, 2008.

September 6 will include a 25 mile LD ride and 50/75/100 mile  
endurance rides.  The 50, 75, and 100 are also FEI rides for those  
interested in getting a few miles under you and your horses belts  
before the start of the New Year and the start of the new rules.

September 7 includes a 30 mile LD ride and a 50 mile endurance ride.

Camping is at the fairgounds in Las Cruces - all vet checks will be  
in camp as well.

Trails will be fairly easy going with open range, some dirt road, cow  
trails, and unimproved jeep trails.  Sure to be a relatively easy 100  
for those riding their first 100.  Trails will be similar to those at  
the New Years in New Mexico ride in 2007, though with a few changes  
to even things out.
