[RC] once more to the well - Lynn White

Try using Shoegoo. Great stuff, and fairly inexpensive. A tube will run you
about 3-4 bucks. It takes about 10 hours to get it's full strength.

I used it once when I sliced my 110 psi tire on my road bicycle. I rode 60
miles on the darn thing and never lost air pressure. I use shoegoo to fix yard
hoses, pressured irrigation hoses, and the inside of my 1990 Honda is glued
together with the stuff.

It doesn't last forever in the elements, but it will get you through a year or
two. It really helps to have all surfaces clean and bone dry...and it stinks
while it is setting. Works great on shoes too.
