[RC] supplement for coming two year olds... - Crickett MacMillan

i got such great feedback about the cow hock question that i thought i'd ask another one :)
i think i told you all the colt i asked about is a coming two year old, he is 22 months right now, and didn't get much pasture time, or all that proper of feeding in his past. i looked at his back legs again, and they seem to actually be getting better, so maybe part of his problem was under developed muscles and stuff, like some of you all mentioned.
i saw a supplement for yearlings, i can't remember the name off hand, and i'm wondering if maybe, he should get one? he is eating properly right now, he eats ten pounds stradegy a day right now, along with aprox 15-20 pounds timothy hay. but i'm hoping to help combat some of his stuntedness, and under developement. he seems to be a good heigt, i think he was 13.2 or 13.3 the last time the girl measured him, going to be a tall arabian i think. however, the vet agrees, that he looks more like 14-15 months, developemntwise. (is that a word? lol) so maybe a supplement would help?
i'm hoping someday he may be a good endurance horse :)
thanks ahead of time for all the replies i know i'm sure to get !!
