i almost choked reading about the hind feet coming up
wide   I did not know how to explain it was wrong you
put it right on!!!

Please note that in my post I was not saying that is is wrong for an
endurance horse to travel wide behind, just explaining why it is
considered "incorrect" in dressage.

I know of plenty of endurance horses who have gone down the trail that
way successfully for thousands of miles.

It isn't the way that _I_ want my horses to move, but I won't say that
it is "wrong" for an endurance horse.
