[RC] Curious - sherman

The current rules state that all equines must stand a mandatory post-ride
evaluation within one hour of finish....and that once a competing equine has
passed the post-ride exam, it may not be removed from completion for
veterinary reasons.

So you could get a completion within 15 minutes, then have your horse
treated 15 min. later and the completion stands.

It is my understanding that in order to complete a ride the horse may not be
treated until one hour after completion. Is this one hour after crossing the
finish line, one hour after vetting out or in the case of standing for BC
one hour after the BC vetting? Just curious.
