My daughter and I have almost identical OF Express. I have absolutely no
problem with Toklat pads scooting back. She can't use them at all. My
panels are exposed with a very light worn smooth fleece on bottom. Hers are
covered with an almost velour sleeve and the pad works back immediately. Could
it be the bottom surface of the new saddles?
