Re: [RC] Non-endurance Husbands - Sluys Guys

My husband is just not a horsey guy, he enjoys them from the ground and from a distance but it's his BMW motorcycle that he loves! For years I tried to get him to ride and it always ended in disaster as I would torture him by taking him too far too soon resulting in sore knees, back, butt etc. Not to mention riding something that has a brain! After going through 2 "husband horses" I finally got smart and let it go. Now Bill rides his bike to rides whenever his schedule allows . He has a great adventure riding the back roads to where ever the ride is and gets to connect with other bike riding husbands and maybe take a ride while I'm on the trail in between vet checks. If I'm too tired to drive home he can load his bike up in the extra trailer stall and give me a hand. Ever since we adopted the "I won't make you ride my horse if you won't make me ride on your bike" rule our marriage has been flawless!
