I agree with you heartily. When we present awards to all the finishers in our ride, I ALWAYS give the name of the horse along with the rider's.

I don't know--maybe it is just me--don't post much but read alot. It always has bothered me when results and kudos are given to the riders, but not to the names of the horses.

Perhaps I am in the minority?
