[RC] Good news re: Rosberg (T-bred colt I spoke of) - Ranelle Rubin

Well folks,

Being the investigator and curious person I am, I decided to try to see what happened to that fabulous colt I saw run 5 yrs ago to a win with Julie Krone aboard at Santa Anita. It took me a bit of time to even find his name, it had been 5 years. I knew he ran in the last race, was ridden by Julie and won by at least 3 lenghts.

He is 7 now and still running! You don't know how happy that makes me. It was the last time I watched T-bred racing, and I heard nothing about this horse for a couple years..looks like *maybe* they took him home an let him grow up?? I have no idea, but the fact he is still running strong makes me very happy.

I did come across his pedigree and he has Secretariat, Seattle Slew, Native Dancer in his pedigree within 3-5 generations..nicely bred horse from what I can tell. He sure impressed me in the saddling paddock.

Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway. ~ John Wayne
