The party involved with these horses should be horse whiped..  She has been
pleading for feed* trailers* fences * will give your horse a good home*  The
pens were a joke and feed & water unless donated was seldom available.  This
has been going on for at least two years..If she was able to place a horse she
would replace it
with two.
