I have the Lorenzo DVD. My daughter, who is married to a wonderful
Frenchman, brought it home to me after they lived there for a time.
Unfortunately for me, it is in French. There is supposed to be an
English translation on the DVD, but I can't locate it.....
Anyway, it shows him training his horses and his dedication to the
relationship he has with the horses. Even without translation, it has such
beautiful moments between the man and his animals. And, like us, some not
so beautiful moments, too:-)
The horses do not live in fancy stables, but in very "common" facilities
for a French village.
Not only to I admire his commitment to the horses, but the lessons he can
teach the remainder of the world about "relationships" with these magnificent
creatures.
When folk say "they are just livestock", I am always saddened by their lack
of vision.
