We plan on not pushing the horses too hard, we really just want to complete for our first ride - get an idea of what it's like (though I can get competitive and might want to push it more than the others).

So what is the approx percentage you spend in each gait?
  * Walk?
  * Trot?
  * Canter?
  * The Arab Jig?
  * etc...
