Re: [RC] [RC] heads up:)/"we've got you covered" if it seems too good to be true, it just might be - Karen Bohn

I'm also a US Rider fan.  I've had to use them twice in the past year, once in a relatively remote area when one of my trailer tires froze up and again when I had a tire blow out on my truck while I was on my way with the truck and trailer to buy new tires.   In the first incident the only person they could find to fix my trailer didn't take credit cards or checks.   I was so grateful they had found someone to fix the problem, I didn't mind paying the mechanic myself from cash borrowed from a friend.  In the second incident I was fortunate enough to break down next to another car that had broken down and had a tow truck on the way.  US Rider talked to the tow truck driver who came back after dropping off the car and changed my shredded tire, which was practically welded to my truck.  They also called to make sure things were working out ok.   No service is perfect, but I think US Rider is as good as it gets.
