Where do I go to find out what makes for an A, A-, B etc to fill in the 
vet card?  I have a pretty good idea for most of the criteria but 
honestly, I don't know what anal tone is?  Capillary refill is the gums 
right?  Whats jugular refill?

I think I know the rest.  Starting tomorow!!!  I don't care if its only 
20 degrees in Tennesse, gonna ride. :-)
