She's mostly objecting to people replying to the weather report and including the whole wealther report all over again in their reply without trimming it down, or editing it out of their reply altogether. (Happened twice.) If you get Ridecamp in digest form, half of it is nothing but repeats of previous posts. The digest is all in one giant email message, so there's no such thing as seeing an individual message's subject line and not opening and/or deleting just the ones you don't want to read. Whether the original message is included when you hit "Reply" is an email program option. If you do include it, it is good form to delete everything except just enough to show who sent it and to recall pertinent verbiage to people's minds. John T has asked people to trim down their "reply" posts on several occasions. Few do. Some don't even seem to understand what he's asking. Must be too young to remember 300 baud.
