Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

With the weather getting hot some days here already I have been doing as I have 
for years
and that is freezing bottles of gaitor aid for the trail and for when working 
outdoors.
Now I have been told that freezing gaitor aid is dangerous, it changes 
something in it
and can make you deathly ill. I think if that were so I should be dead a long 
time ago.
Anyone else ever heard this or know any facts about it?
