[RC] Use of the custom ride calendar - Michael Maul

The custom ride calendar at

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/Calendar/ridesCUSTOM.asp

had several bugs in displaying 100's and LDs. Not all would show up.

That's been fixed now and choosing the button for 25 will also show 30 and 35 mile LD rides.

All the 100's should show up now by clicking on the 100 button.
