[RC] Convention - rides2far@xxxxxxxxHad a great time at the convention. Thanks to everyone who stopped by the booth. I got home to the Nashville Airport at 1:30 AM (after arriving to spend the day at the Reno Airport at 11 AM Mon. Unfortunately, after sitting through two de-icings in Reno and our plane leaving over an hour late, we barely made the connection in Las Vegas and my suitcases along with make-up, etc. ended up in Kansas. :- P So, made it to my house at 4:15 AM and signed in here at school at 7 AM. :-P Really wish I could have gone to the talks, Josie did go and draw Robin's patterns...now if I could just figure out how to do them on a rocky hillside which is all we've got. Gotta rub it in a *bit* that it's going to be in the 60's here today and tomorrow...now if I can just keep my eyes open to saddle a horse! Glad to see Jackie made it home. I know her poor ears are ringing from all the chattering we did. She'll be happy to know I did NOT starve Josie over the weekend (everyone thought I was too cheap to buy us any food). Josie moaned all the way home from Nashville that she's sure she gained weight she ate so much. Probably because Paddi kept handing her Hershey's minis! More later. Darned students are getting ready to show up. Can't wait for them to comment on my bad hair and make-up...both of which were fixed 3 time zones and 27 or so hours ago.
