Well, there you go Cindy, being a true jerk and pretty much discouraging a new rider in our sport. Mike, there are many many great, wonderful people in the world of endurance. Do not listen to those few not-it-alls. As I said before get out there and have a go at it. Ginger

Sorry, Kat. I was being sarcastic, which is not my best side. I was just bothered by an LD rider who is so concerned about racing and placing in their first 50 mile "FEI" ride. I'm sure he's a lovely man and an exquisite horseman, but the attitude is a real turn-off to me and I am sure I'm not alone. My heart does go out to anyone being deployed to Iraq. I hope he has many years to fulfill his dreams and doesn't have to hurry them so.
